Located in Menomonie, WI, we offer a wide range of assisted living services tailored to each resident's unique needs, including developmental and/or physical disabilities, irreversible dementia/Alzheimer's, traumatic brain injury, or emotional/mental illness. Our services encompass everything from medication assistance to personal care.

Our smaller community compared to other assisted living facilities allows us to provide 24-hour care and maintain the level of attention each resident needs. Our ranch-style duplex offers ample accessibility and community opportunities.
We provide private rooms equipped with laundry and housekeeping services, emergency call systems for safety, private baths and showers with grab bars, cable TV, wireless internet, and private phones. In addition to bedrooms, we have gathering areas on-site where families can spend quality time together and residents can enjoy various fun activities.
